This is suitable for small groups, or as a 'Wet Weather' accommodation building, often popular with the Cub section requiring a wet weather retreat. 
This  building also houses the Leaders Room which may be used on its own for uses such as Competition Judges H.Q.'s

The building comprises

• Dining Room
  
• Lounge
  
• 2 Bunkrooms (sleeping 6 &4)
  
• Leaders Room (which may be separated from rest of accommodation, if required)

Please Note: This building does not have central heating. A Gas heater is available however Groups must provide their own 'Calor' style Gas Bottle
